Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jobbli (jobbli.ai), operated by Jobbli ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Jobbli.

1. Description of the Service

Jobbli is an AI-powered job search tool that scores how well your resume fits a specific job, identifies gaps, rewrites your professional summary, drafts tailored cover letters, generates interview preparation, and lets you browse job listings from third-party sources. Jobbli is a decision-support and preparation tool. It does not guarantee that you will be interviewed for or offered any job.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jobbli. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us right away at hellosupport@jobbli.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Jobbli offers a free trial and paid subscription plans (Essential and Pro), a one-time Scoring Pack, and a one-time Resume Builder add-on, as described on our Pricing page. Prices and included features are subject to change, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify current subscribers of material changes.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial subscription periods and unused scorings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Jobbli for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from Jobbli, including job listings displayed on the Service

• Attempt to circumvent scoring limits, account restrictions, or plan limitations

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it

5. AI-generated content

Fit scores, gap analyses, rewritten summaries, cover letters, and interview guides are generated by AI based on the information you provide. This content is a starting point intended to help you, not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or outcome. You're responsible for reviewing anything Jobbli generates before using it, including for accuracy about your own background and experience, before sending it to an employer.

6. Third-party job listings

Jobbli displays job listings sourced from third parties, including Adzuna, USAJOBS, and Jooble. We do not create, control, or verify these listings, and we're not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or the hiring practices of the companies posting them. Applying to a listing takes place on the original source's website, subject to that site's own terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your resume and any information you provide to Jobbli. By using the Service, you give us permission to use that information to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI processing provider as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your resume or personal content.

8. Intellectual property

Jobbli's website, product, branding, and underlying technology are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Jobbli is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in interviews, job offers, or any other employment outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobbli and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to employment outcomes, third-party job listings, or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Termination

You can stop using Jobbli and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or for any other reason, with notice where reasonably practical.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Jobbli after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
